BASF Pharma Solutions has announced a global price increase for certain pharmaceutical excipients and selected active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), citing higher global energy and raw material costs. According to the company, prices will rise by up to 20%, with increases taking effect immediately or as permitted under existing customer contracts.
